Picnic in the Park!

Service Description

The amazing people at Plan Tracker and Mentor Healthcare have organised this get-together in the park to celebrate and embrace community. We'll be heading out together from Target Hill Hub, so make sure you're ready. This event is totally free and there's lots of amazing things happening to explore. Our Weekend Socials are a Social and Community Participation item, available in the CORE Supports of your NDIS funding. The price you see listed here reflects the GAP COST of the activity only. We are proud to say that our pricing arrangement is in line with the NDIS guidelines, and you will be billed based on the Support Ratio that most appropriately suits you. You must be an NDIS Participant who is Self Managed or Plan Managed to participate in this event.
